With a next-gen card right around the corner though, the GTX 295 may be a short-lived product, just like the 9800 GX2. Nvidia wanted to get the performance crown back, and it succeeded. I think that was the obvious purpose of the GTX 295. Now that's accomplished, it's time for a new GPU.

CD's rants beg the question: Why is this man so angry? It is certainly outside the range of normalcy. No company is perfect,, but certainly Nvidia makes some very good products which require tremendous time, money and talent to produce. They are not running secret prisons to torture the innocent.

NVIDIA wouldn't give him a press pass to anymore events, so he has some kind of personal hatred for them now (for the last couple years)
