-> Installing NVIDIA driver version 173.14.18.
-> No precompiled kernel interface was found to match your kernel; would you li
ke the installer to attempt to download a kernel interface for your kernel f
rom the NVIDIA ftp site (ftp://download.nvidia.com)? (Answer: Yes)
-> No matching precompiled kernel interface was found on the NVIDIA ftp site;
this means that the installer will need to compile a kernel interface for
your kernel.
-> Performing CC sanity check with CC="cc".
-> Performing CC version check with CC="cc".
ERROR: The kernel header file
'/lib/modules/2.6.27.19-3.2-pae/build/include/linux/kernel.h' does not
exist. The most likely reason for this is that the kernel source path
'/lib/modules/2.6.27.19-3.2-pae/build' is incorrect. Please make sure
you have installed the kernel source files for your kernel and that they
are properly configured; on Red Hat Linux systems, for example, be sure
you have the 'kernel-source' or 'kernel-devel' RPM installed. If you
know the correct kernel source files are installed, you may specify the
kernel source path with the '--kernel-source-path' command line option.
ERROR: Installation has failed. Please see the file
'/var/log/nvidia-installer.log' for details. You may find suggestions
on fixing installation problems in the README available on the Linux
driver download page at www.nvidia.com.

Install the kernel headers package. Look for it using YaST.

I don't know YaST in detail because I don't use OpenSUSE (I'm a Debian user), but here's plenty of documentation, manuals and tutorials covering YaST: http://en.opensuse.org/Yast

IIRC, YaST has a built-in search por packages, use it for installing the linux-kernel-headers package and hopefully you'll be able to install the NVidia drivers.

You must go through YaSt and select the proper repositories, this applies to both the kernel source and actually doing the driver install within yast itself.

I'm at work on a windows computer and I don't remember how to do this but you shouldn't be installing the graphics driver manually anyways.

Anyways it's something like this: From within YAST select software repositories and check the NVidia repo.
After that close this and go to software install within Yast - there's a filter on there where you can select repositories - select the nvidia repo which should show up - and simply check the latest driver available (yours might be a legacy card)

Good luck!
