I wish they'd let me register my FC2 with steam so that I wouldn't need the disc in the drive. I only played it for an hour, when I removed the disc I never played it again lol. But it was free with my GFX card so I really can't complain.

Not only games. Stuff like Adobe CS4 is also 2x more expensive, and we are speaking about thousands of $ here..

I'd love to see EA doing same thing in the future. I'd love to get Mirror's Edge and Dead Space on Steam. Maybe complete set of C&C games.

They probably will at some point. Maybe not 50% off, but any discount would be a good one. While Steam would be more convenient, at least the disc installs of recent EA games I've bought have not required the disc be in the drive.

Not a great offer for me, I already got Dark Messiah. Far Cry can be downloaded for free. IL2 well, you have to like flight sims. Beyond Good and Evil is probably the only good game here but I can probably get it cheaper at stores.

No kidding.

Everyone has those games already. Its no wonder they're putting them on sale.

The only game worth picking up this week was probably Assassin's Creed.

The free, ad supported one ended, as I recall...

Still, I agree this is a "bad" deal. I mean, it's great for those without 2 or 3 of these games, but I own all but the flight sim, which I don't want.

Oh well.

I was hoping for HAWX at 50% off...
