ok... so UPS denied my claim by saying that there was not enough cushions. Insufficient packaging as i expected but here's an interesting thing happened. How come? No agent no ups came to my house to inspect the package! They just did that by the phone.. hmm....
They told me to contact the UPS store where my package was sent from.. and talk to them. So i did.. the manager was cool he told me i got an e-mail from ups saying the same thing Insufficient packaging. I told him that no agent came to my house to inspect it. and he got angry cuz it seems like 1-800-pick-ups blames on those local stores about damages and want them to pay the damages. He said he's going to protest about it..

what r those people?

When i was traveling from Europe to US i took my PC with me , case inside cheap bag that barely fit and no padding whatsoever , to my surprise everything worked with only one minor dent on left door
That was thro multiple airlines.

Wow, that's great news.

$1000 should cover quite a bit.
