Nice build, makes me wish I went with a 1200 instead of the 900 I got, my 2x GTX 280 and my PSU cables are choking the space out of my case. The 1kW is definitely overkill for what you have right now, but are you planning on going SLI in the future?
Have you tried just turning the GPU fan to 100%? Use RivaTuner or NVIDIA's system tools to do so. When my GTX 280 underclocks on idle, it actually runs at the same temp as my CPU.

Quad-rail PSU, make sure you manage those rails properly.

GTX 285 SSC Goodness!

I love my Armor Case.... big old 250mm fan on the side. You can't even hear it because it runs at such low RPM's... but it moves a ton of air and keeps everything cool!
Nice choice on the video card. ![]()

Nice set-up.Have you overclocked yet.I got the Cooler Master HAF 932 It is nice and big ,I like that the other side has plenty of room to hide all my wires. The only gripe I have against it ,is that is has no filters. But i like the three 230mm fans that just spin at 900 and it puts out 150cfm at full speed ,but it is quiet.I went with the Gigabyte EX58-UD5 because it had TRi Sli setup and a PCIe 4x slot so I could put in my X-Fi Titanium sound card so I did'nt have to use the on board sound.
