So many games to play. I haven't even installed Bioshock 2 yet. Hopefully they iron out a fair few of the bugs in that game. Especially the 3D ones. I also have Mass Effect 2 waiting to be installed. Damn I need more time, not enough hours in the day.

I have played a lot of Shadow of Chernobyl and Clear Sky ever since their respective releases, and I must say that Call of Pripyat is the best S.T.A.L.K.E.R. so far, the first level alone has so many places open for exploration, it's big, it's really detailed, I like it, from what I've seen anyway (many HD game-play videos), also the UI seems to be much more refined, clearly showing which ammunition types goes with which weapons and other improvements, also the fact that the main player seem to be neutral amongst all groups who fight each others, so you can basically stand right in the middle of a firefight and wait for the fallen and go grab their stuff, it's kind of cheap, but it's refreshing from the overabundance of Bandits from both previous titles.

The new system of highlighting what ammo goes with what gun is excellent. I'm really loving the first area. I've been hunting anomolies all day. And completing quests, killing mercs, acumulating loot etc. Loving it.

Playing at 1920x1080 without AA sun rays kill performance to much, as for sli mode it is default whatever it is in profile for Stalker Clear Skys its same xrengine.exe for Pripyat, no hacking required. If your runing windows 7 try turning Aero off.

I'm still getting system freezes. my monitor reports no signal and goes to sleep, and I have to power off and reboot. It's a pretty serious crash. It's pretty hot here at the moment so maybe it's a heat issue. I might need to clean the dust off my 295's fan.

I played all the way through Clear Sky with the same system (see sig) and didn't get any of these system freezes. might have to crank the air con tomorrow and give it a try.

right now I'm just playing in single GPU mode, which is fine in the outdoors areas without too much shadow/dynamic lighting. I'm just enjoying the gameplay.

They do.
But i believe Graphics Pack already includes the terrain pack.
I´m using it with Atmosfear, looks great.
