No mention in the release notes as to whether or not GRID is working correctly, nor the HL2 issues. I'll load 'em up when I get home if no one else has responded about them by then.

I'm downloading them now and plan to install them... I'll post about Half-Life 2 if no one else does before me.

Strange they are considered to be made for Ridd-ick, as that game is NOT demanding. I get like 60+fps with everything maxed. It would be nice for transpency AA to work though, as all the metal in the game is shimmery as hell.

only nHancer author can fix that, because issue is a bit more serious.

you can edit the nvapps file yourself and remove few entries pointing out to "launchers" and nHancer will recognize the inf file correctly.

But changing settings in nHancer with these 185.6x drivers cause certain games to stop functioning.

Can anyone with SLI and Fallout 3 test these drivers? With the 182.xx set the HDR goes bonkers. It will disappear and flash without any sort of smooth transition. The only way to fix it with the 182.xx drivers is to turn SLI off.

Never seen so many driver releases with so many problems in so little time

Btw should work the same as the past 185 drivers to add support to more cards

Look for your card under the manufacturer header. You may have to go into the device manager to find your hardware id for my 8800 GTS 640 it was

%NVIDIA_G80.DEV_0193.1% = nv_G8x, PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_0193

Change it to "NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GTS" = Section003, PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_0193
