Saw a chinese build released today. Build version is 7106 and language is Chinese. Anyone have details?

apparently both the x86 and x64 english versions are being uploaded to usenet. Check out neowin forums.

I'd be way too nervous to grab my OS from a torrent or what-not.
I'm running the Windows 7 beta and I've found it to be a good upgrade over Vista for now. Or course I'm anxiously awaiting the RC but I'll get that direct from microsoft.com thank you!
