I have trouble to start the X server after a successfull installation of the 180.44 driver using NVIDIA-Linux-x86_64-180.44-pkg2.run. After calling "sax2 -r -m 0=nvidia" I get a black screen and seconds later my monitor show "No Signal". If I try to boot with the new driver I got the same result.
I also tried to install a driver over NVIDIA Repositor the same result. I attached some files. Thanks Moho My system: Suse 11.1 (64 Bit) Kernel: 2.6.27.21-0.1-default CPU: AMD Phenom(tm) 9560 Quad-Core Processor Motherboard: ASRock AliveXFire-eSata2 RAM: 8 GB (4x2GB) Monitor: BenQ FP93G Grafic card: Zotac GeForce 9500 GT |

Hey Deanjo
I changed the driver from "nv" to "nvidia" in the xorg.conf file but it did not workout. I tried additional nvidia-xconfig but the Xserver did not want to start. |
