There was a glitch with posting the x86 driver. I'll post the announcement as soon as both drivers are up.

@ KernelOfTruth: nope, it looks like it still doesn't fix the problems with libGL.so apps. I have bluetooth-applet (gnome-bluetooth) still crashing.

Question General question on Pre and Beta

Btw, a general question on the releases:

Is it so that the latest beta driver contains all changes from the latest prerelease ?

In particular, I consider 180.50 and 185.19.
(I know the 180.50 was posted later, but this might be due to longer testing.)

Right now I have the 185.19 installed and want to know if it's worth trying 180.50.

185.19 was released a long time ago, thus the latest beta driver cannot contain fixes from pre-release, thus you should definitely try 180.50 drivers if you have any problems.

The next 185.xx BETA graphics driver release should include all the changes 180.50 shipped with.

@artem: assuming you're referring to the NV4x regression, then no, I do not expect the next 185.xx BETA to share this problem.
