Default Boot devices changed - press F1 to continue

Anyone know how to stop a mobo bios from pausing on bootup every time a usb card is plugged in or unplugged... get the message

Boot devices changed - press F1 to continue or esc to reconfigure

No I don't want to change my boot devices ever...

sometime I flip my computer on and walk away wanting it to be ready when I get back but instead I'm greated with this lovely message...

Thanks,

Vanz

I haven't been able to figure out a way around that either. I'm assuming it's an HP computer as that is the only thing I've seen that message on before.

No it's not an HP, it's my own custom parts...

So no one knows a fix for this? Anyone feel like calling their support, this is retarded... ...even happens when we plug our memory card in to download pics from our digital camera...
