patch to make 96.43.11 work on linux-2.6.30-rc3
the include/linux/proc_fs.h struct proc_dir_entry field "owner" was removed in linux-2.6.30, so here is a patch that modifies nv.c (only) to remove all assignments to the owner field for that structure. It has been tested, and it works.
