What's funny is that despite all the "T&A" talk about this game, there is extremely, extremely little in the game.

Since Conviction turned out crap, I find this a nice game substitute. It's Splinter Cell Lite with a few extra nice abilities. Does stealth pretty darn well. Good levels, even though linear, they have many ways to get a task done. Checkpoints are pretty much the only bad thing but the game would be too easy for save anywhere abusers.
Anyone know the list of 'Ratings' on the end of mission screens? ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

PS: Thank you to Replay Studios for creating this excellent and tense stealth/action game which is one of my favorite stealth/action games of all time. Here is a mod for Velvet Assassin which improves the color saturation and creates more immersive and realistic lighting. The mod was originally designed for Resident Evil 4 but still works exactly the same for Velvet Assassin. It does not modify or replace any of the original game files & only has a small effect on performance. The mod can be downloaded from: - http://z6.invisionfree.com/Resident_...opic=2236&st=0 - - INSTRUCTIONS - 1. Download & unzip 'Bloom_2.zip' 2. Copy the files named 'd3d9.dll' & 'fadehdr.fx' into the game install directory (where replay.exe is located) 3. When you start the game the mod is turned ON by default but can be turned ON/OFF through using the 'numpad+' key - EXAMPLE IMAGES - Before 1: ![]() After 1: ![]() Before 2: ![]() After 2: ![]() Before 3: ![]() After 3: ![]() |
