ok, wasn't clear with the question, i was referring to the street fighter gamepads, are those better?

Much better, but no, I haven't heard if they will work on PC. They should. Would be nice if they did.

The PS3 special Street FIghter 4 pad from mad cats works with the pc and it finds it own driver. Worked with no help from me. Perfect.

that would be even better, since the PS3 version is wireless. so the gamepad works in most games?

It does, but keep in mind is really for fighting only, has no analogue sticks or extra buttons.

I recently got a gamepad myself, though its a dedicated PC one, with rumble and has the same layout as the PS3 controllers(including the pressure sensitive triggers for L2 and R2), and on top of that, if I decide to play with the xbox360 layout, the dpad and left analog can be swapped around, oh, and ill be getting SF4 for PC as soon as I get some monies(glad I never bought a console version now)

It's a damn travesty how horrible that d-pad is, especially when XBLA has so many classic games on it for download... not to mention newer games seem to be using d-pads more and more for hot-keys and such.

Everything that needs a d-pad regularly I buy on PS3, graphical downgrades be damned.
