and bad analog sticks, that on every 360 gamepad i checked there is a bit of loose play in each direction. then the bad driver that doesn't allow to set dead-zone settings. these two issues make the gamepad useless in older racing games that don't have official 360 gamepad support, makes steering way to twitchy.

The d-pad itself is ok, it totaly beats my old wingman controller which I couldn't play fighting games on to save my life. However I have come to really like playing fighting games using the analog stick.

Nekro, I like..JUST bought this thing like 3 or 4 weeks ago, didnt have any thing wrong with it. It was well spent money considering what I found available by PC equipment makers.

If you feel that way about the 360 controller you should stay far away from the PS3 controller... much looser analog sticks with larger dead zones.

Count me in on liking X360 controller. I like PS3 controller as well but I think 360 is a little better. D-pad is fine for anything else but fighting games.

Yes. Even emulators like mame. It is perfect for that and has perhaps the best d-pad ever. Needs button config though.

Kick arse game so far. Having a bit of a issue trying to tell what buttons on my pad correspond to the Xbox buttons but I think I've got it figured out. Feels like my older rumblepad works better than my rumblepad2. Some of these moves are freaking hard to pull off.
