Default My 36gb is in the death throws,Its got my Vista on there!!!!

Ive got a spare healthy drive so how can I move my install of Vista OEM on there with the least hassle?

If I start from cold I think I may have enough time to do something at least

Dont bother and just install 7 is not the answer I'm looking for.
