So I did some more playing around last night. I noticed I can now run Crysis with 8X AA with little affect on frame rates. So that is a huge improvement. Also, I tried CoD4 with 4X AA in game + and 16X with control panel and I still get 70FPS or more. So I wonder, is there something wrong?

Cable management is better than mine at least. I was using a Rosewill 630W with my E8200 and GTX 280, and I think I had plenty of headroom there. I think as long as you don't do any overclocking or run ridiculous amounts of peripherals from your system, that PSU should serve you fine.

I just ordered a Antec Nine Hundred case. I can then put my old PC back into my existing case and sell it. Hope I don't get into too much trouble

The 500W Antec PSU I had 4 years ago had similar 12v rails (18a and 17a I think) and I was using a much weaker CPU at the time (athlon x2). I can't remember if it was the 7900GTX, 7950GX2 or the 8800GTX that did it (I had them all in a span of 8 months ), but my PSU started whistling and I had to RMA it. I'd never lost a good PSU before that, so I figured it was just overloaded.Just to be safe, I bought my OCZ GameXStream700W (4 12v rails at 18a each) and used the replacement Antec 500W in another (weaker) system where its been running fine 2 1/2 years with no whistling. Since then I've been a bit more careful about how much I load onto a PSU, especially if it isn't a good name brand. If you want to get a new unit musman, there are a lot of options it just depends how much you have to spend. Corsair's PSUs are among the best you can buy, but you're looking at $100 for one that'd be good for your setup. This OCZ StealthXStream 600W should be good for you though and its cheaper: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817341010

What do you think about this one? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817341003 I figure I should go way bigger than I need right now for future reason. One day I may want to add another GTX-285 and overclock my CPU.

I'm not sure exactly what you'd need for GTX 285 SLI but this unit is awesome: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817139009 The customer reviews show a lot of people running GTX 285 SLI on that thing.

Yea, that's a nice one for sure. I would think is would be good for GTX-285 SLI. I need to buy my girlfriend a camera for her birthday in a few days. After that I will get serious about looking at a PSU. My friend who is a PC builder wants to check out my system in a few days. He was an electronic technician for 40+yrs I will have him look at my PSU and see what he says.

Hmm, I didn't take a close look at his PSU. The Rosewill I was using had quad 12V with ~18A each rails, and it was only 30W more power, so I just assumed his was as well. Taking a closer look, seeing that its only dual 12V with 19A each, that is fairly weaksauce for a 600W PSU. Other factors will go into how well your PSU performs also, but perhaps it might be best to upgrade the PSU.
