I don't see any AA there, or in the shots in that other forum... I think this is a placebo.

There's definitely some AA going on, but it isn't working correctly.

Well, there is some blur added, and the jaggies are still there, so if you ask me it is even worse.

Yeah all I'm seeing is a little blur around the edges but no real smoothing... Edges look just as jagged as before.

It is only a form of edge smoothing with 2x and 4x settings. Better than the default "Definition Blur" imo.

Anyone still have the recent enb series files that enabled supersampling in GTA4? I had the files for a while, but then deleted them; and Boris' enb series website is down. PM me if you have the files and are willing to email them out.
