Well I installed the qt4-qmake package, ran "qmake-qt4", which did not return any errors and then "make". Do I need any more packages? Using ubuntu jaunty.

only the first two tests work (on 0.2), others fail on "can't initialize xx-codec!"

I bought this card four days ago and I was surprised that
the easy-to-find bugs remained.

I think the reasons are them:
1. This forum doesn't accept free mail accounts.
No one wants to provide critical mail accounts only for reporting bugs.
Sourceforge or free software projects accept free mails.

2. You don't say "thanks" to the bug reporters.
I checked the release note, but there are no "(reported by someone)" credits.

Did you find all the bugs by yourself?
I think the reporters feel happy if they find their handles in the release notes.
People will report bugs with pleasure.

This measurement confirms real life experiences with this type of card, mine included.
You can use all but TEMPORAL_SPATIAL with HD decoding.

PCI-E 2.0 is technically twice as fast as 1.0. To quote wikipedia's article on the bus spec:

"PCI-SIG announced the availability of the PCI Express Base 2.0 specification on 15 January 2007.[16] PCIe 2.0 doubles the bus standard's bandwidth from 0.25 GByte/s to 0.5 GByte/s, meaning a x32 connector can transfer data at up to 16 GByte/s for both videocards (SLI 2x etc).
