Mpg2DivX Software?
Does anyone know of any software that can convert Mpegs to divx on Linux?
What I'm doing is building a video storage server, where I'll be recording shows to Mpegs initially, then I'll have the Linux box convert them to divx files in the off time, deleting the old mpeg. Any such beast?

MPlayer should come with MEncoder which can encode DivX.
