This isn't from any game, its a custom rendering engine the guy programed with the intent to demonstrate SSAO.
SSAO, or Screen Space Ambient Occlusion, was the realtime ambient light reflections that crysis first used. for more information, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Screen_...ient_Occlusion
