About In-Game-GMs:
They are able to produce items, but I've made it so they cannot drop or even trade items. Doing this will disallow players to be uneven.

How will we receive prizes from events then?
Each event held will be notified to Administrators first, then if allowed, the administrator will script a NPC for claim prizes for such events. Announcements for events will be posted on the forums or on the news. After winning the event, the Event GM will
