Yes it is.

The OP uses a ton of xorg.conf options that he doesn't need to set and uses SuSE (ick).

Found it! It appears to be a leaked beta (possibly the OpenCL driver?), but the site it is on is in Russian. (removed URL)

According to (removed URL)

190.09 is beta version driver (need registration on nvdeveloper.nvidia.com for downloading).

changes:
* Fixed some bugs in work with Compiz/Beryl apps, f.e. Kopete;
* Fixed some bugs in H.264 and VC-1 viewing/decoding on G98 and MCP7 cores;
* Improved broken bytes processing in H.264 on cores G84, G86, G92, G94, G96, and GT200;
* Fixed X-server collapse on consoles switching;
* Improved detection of board's VDPAU compatibility .

if this diver is malware (manipulated)?

No, this CUDA 2.3 beta drivers


OpenCL 1.0 live here - (url removed)

185.18.08 for Linux
185.85 for Windows

Doesn't appear to be. Installs and works fine on my (K)ubuntu x86_64 system with an 8600m GT.
