Exclamation LucasArts Reviving Another Old Franchise?

Grim Fandango? DOTT? Full Throttle?
Quote:
LucasArts has been pumping out quite a few Star Wars and Indiana Jones titles the past few years, ok Fracture being an exception, but with the recent Monkey Island announcements it seems the once adventure focused publisher/developer is looking into reviving old classics. On Monday LucasArts plans to announce something "amazing" and "awesome news for our old school fans." Nothing but teasing so far, but we'll have more for you after the weekend.

Full Throttle would be awesome and hopefully it's not going to be 3D, unless they do it right. I'm looking forward to their big announcement.

Maniac Mansion is getting a remake with the same engine that powers the new Monkey Island, will also feature a full voice cast too. Can't wait.

They will probably announce some great old school game remake, then later on say it's only for consoles.
