Default Double buffer without vsync or Triple buffer

Guys just read http://www.anandtech.com/video/showdoc.aspx?i=3591 and just wanted to know what you guys think of the subject?

Its a must but don't get comfused with that and vsync so and with lcd's you have to find what tears and what doesn't tear.

I always used it with zbuffers on 3dfx and stencil shaders but now its oh so much better vim.
