Default Clock configuration under Windows 7

I'm doing some testing on Windows 7 (build 7264, 32bits) and I'm a bit pissed off with the new clock, the usual behaviour when you click on it is for the calendar+analog clock to appear, that's ok... but if you get that by doing left-click, I was wondering if any of you know how to get rid of the date in the 'regular' clock, just showing like in Vista or XP, the hour and no more...

Can it be done? (registry tweak, maybe?)
