Is wireless music any good on the Mac?

Spotted this new sound blaster wireless sound card for itunes on amazon and thought that it was pretty interesting! However, I'm not sure how good will the wireless music quality be. Will it be as good as Creative's internal sound card? Anyone who tried wireless audio care to comment?
