Default Terminator Salvation Physx patch

yeah I know the game and movie weren't that good but nevertheless this is pretty cool and why I hope physx gets implemented more in games. Nvidia should make dedicated physx cards that has lots of shader power but without all the unnecessary ram and fillrate.

Not surprising as GRIN was one of the first to do a real game supporting PhysX (GRAW). Seems like they are trying to kick some more life into the game together with WB. Maybe it will be released as a free add-on.

Most stuff look good, but the HK firing early in the video, where big chunk of debris gets created from thin air looks really crappy.

Have nvidia stated that PhysX will have a path using DX Compute in the future? To enable a larger market to have PhysX capability, since while things like this look great, developers arent going to really embrace it if it can only run on half or less then half of the market machines, Havok is another choice though as I am sure that will eventually get a DX Compute path, though I remember that company being bought out(forget who by though).
So while its great tech, its no good if barely any games, and none of the best games, make full use of it.
UT3s "tech levels" were a waste of time, and countless other tech demos are pointless(Yes I havent forgotten Mirror's Edge, but Ive never played it and thats only one game)

Logically they should have done it for Bionic Commando 2009, which was a much better game. Maybe WB has chipped in, to save face a bit. Giving these new levels and enchantments free to those who bought the game as a compensation.

This was supposed to be coming in an "addon". (not free) They think you are going to buy more crap for the game that was mediocre just to see some particles.
