Default Cannot blank CD-RW succesfully.

Cannot blank CD-RW succesfully. ( post #1)

Yo!

Please help, I cannot use CDRW's at all. Actually I have never been able to use them properly, in Windows 2000. I think they are really unsecure backup, what do you think? I hope I am wrong.

Anyway I cannot blank it, neither I cannot use it. They seem to be locked somehow.

I use commands like this:

cdrecord -v -eject speed=4 dev=0,0,0 blank=all

Here is the result of mine, its brand new CDRW disk:

cdrecord: Warning: using inofficial libscg transport code version (schily - Red
