Xlib: extension "RANDR" missing on display ":0.0".

Hi,

i use NV 173.14.15 for my FX5200
X11 uses two TFT with Xinerama

My problem: Most programs throw an error on StdErr:

Xlib:  extension "RANDR" missing on display ":0.0".

What could be wrong? I think it happened on the same day i upgraded to 173.14.15 and KDE4 (bad idea, i am using LXDE now)

You should generate a nvidia-bug-report.log using the instructions in the if you have a problem thread. It'll help diagnose.

RANDR isn't available when you are using Xinerama.

I do not exactly know what XRandR is good for.
Should i remove Xinerama and install something better?
