Default Guitar Hero World Tour

As some of you may or may not know the game is out now for PC...in selected stores it seems.

The lack of promotion and advertising for this game is suicidal, not even a sentence about the game on the official Activision and Aspyr sites, hell...even red octane dont have the PC wireless guitar on there website - guitar hero store.

Who wants to bet that they dont bother releasing GH5 on PC and blame poor sales due to piracy from GHWT.

Anyways the game plays exactly the same as the console versions, just needs the DLC and proper online play as searching for a player online is near enough impossible. Patch it plz.

You can't pirate the guitar.

Hopefully it will and hopefully it isn't a sluggish port like 3 was.

The PC version is bundled with a wireless guitar and receiver, the playstation 3 drums are the only ones that are compatible and it can use any USB microphone.

I'm a bit gutted tho cos the wireless guitar will not work with GH3.

Crainger: From my experience of playing GH3 and GHWT on PC i must say that if anything they run smoother. I aint too sure what they would be like on a system with minimum specs but on mine they are flawless.

Haha indeed you cant, but if many people have bought GH3 and have the older explorer guitar then i cant see them spending money to buy a new guitar.

The explorer is available on ebay for around 10 quid.

My point is that Activision/Aspyr have done nothing to promote the release on PC but when it comes to it they wont blame themselves they will blame piracy.
