I'd recommend an OCZ power supply. They actually make great ones. I have a 700 GamerExtreme or whatever its called, and it is fantastic. Be warned, they can be a little loud though in a quiet case. There are quieter versions than the GamerExtreme though.

The warranty is 3 years so 4 years then sounds about right.
