I pay 100AUD for 70Gb, but all content from Xbox Live, Steam and Gamershell is free. Also ABC iView and SBS among other things.

I pay $40 for unlimited at 16kbps.
Tampa has a local-ownded cable company and their prices, service and content is really awesome. We have local stations actually worth watching, and much better on demand than I experienced in Philadelphia earlier this year. Small companies are awesome.
