Default KDE-hang up with 3D-supported nvidiacard

Hi friends,
i've got a problem. i use SuSE8.2/Cugar maxi gamer nvidia card.
I download the install-shell from the nvidia side and runt the script. After this i change the settings with sax2. Without any error. If i switch tu runlevel5 and kde starts, it hang up.
Bevore the N-Vidia logo is poped up...normaly...
I haven't got any idea...can somebody help me?
I use kernel 2.4.20 / Athlon 2200+

what is crashing KDE or the X-Server itself?

if it crashes right before the splash screen it sounds to me like it is x...

in that case it would be good to post your XF86Config file and the Xfree86.0.log

sorry. it crash the x-server.

I can only attache the saxsave file....
