I noticed that few folks on the net have been complaining of video/audio sync issues in windows 7.
Issue happens when Microsoft codecs are used. I personally have 2 files that that have sync issues, both are h264 with AC3 sound. These files play fine in PowerDVD in Win7, in any player in XP and Vista. Sync issue only happens in Win7 with MS codecs. Anyone else ran into this issue?

ok, i found the cause of sync issue, but still not sure how to fix it
in some rare occasions MS codecs don't detect FPS correctly. for example file is 23.976 FPS, in one file MS codec detected 24 FPS, in second file MS codec detected 11.99FPS This incorrect FPS detection causes Video/Audio sync issues.

Only had issues with audio sync watching HDTV. I think that's more a broadcast thing. Will keep my eyes and ears open though. :
