They did mine in a couple days when I was hacked... I think hacked accounts take priority, due to the VAC banned thing.

So how exactly do the they go about this when your account is hacked? Do they email you a new password? How does it work?

So if someone steals your account... and then uses hacks in a VAC server, and bets you VAC Banned. Then you get the account back, are you still vac banned???

So what can people do with a stolen Steam account? Since Valve will eventualy get it back to the owner, do they just download the games on the account and then switch to offline mode? Or do they just play online while they can? Or do they just grief and get people banned?

Test hacks , exploits , and eventually get someone's account VAC banned.

comon, dont click anything anyone sends you unless its official steam site.
Wow, can't believe some of you guys fell for this phishing attack.

For future reference, before you enter login information, check for a couple things:

1. The name before the suffix in the address must match your site. (ie bla.ebay.com is good, ebay.bla.com is BAD)

2. Look for verified sites and secure connections (ie https:// in the beginning).

3. When in doubt, ENTER YOUR OWN URL (ie instead of using his, go to ebay.com or w/e site you are going to).

The links don't work on the right of the page. It's obviously a phishing attack.
