My fave MP game! There are 6 additional maps available for free, not sure if they come with.

Can you play the zombie co-op right off the bat? And are the DLC maps free on PC? Bunch of friends and I are interested in picking it up just for the co-op .

I'd like to know this too.

Also can you play via Live with console friends or isn't this a GFWL game?

You can play zombie coop right from the start, but I am not sure if you can create a game without beating the game first, but I know you can join one because I never beat the game.

DLC maps are free on PC, but I they come out later than the console versions usually AFAIK. So the maps just released last weeks are not out yet on PC.

No, you cannot play via Live with console friends (you have console friends Destroy? Who would have thought that?), and I think it is "GFWL", but doesn't have achievements or any of that stuff...

I played zombie co-op mode once or twice, I didn't think it was that great.

Really awesome game. I would recommend purchasing it if you are even a bit interested. I have had tons of fun on both SP and MP.
