Missing Icon For .exe Files On Explorer Toolbar

As the title says... anyone else have this? It's only when a .exe file is selected- No icon displays. If, for example I select a .mp3 file then it will show WMP icon.

Edit: Oh... almost forgot, Windows 7 TRM is what I'm using.

All I want to know if this is just normal. The .iso bittorent I downloaded was check-sum verified, so I know it was legit. This has showed up in 2 fresh installs, and I don't ever remember NOT seeing this.
