Yes, because gaming as a teen automatically means failing at life.

lol then learn how to live without gaming for a while. If you manage to get good grades on midterm maybe you can ask your parents to let you play for a limited time per week.

If anyone of us can go without gaming then you can too. I think you did piss your parents off somehow but it'll be good to break your addictions if you have any.

My parents did it very simply... come home, do your chores, do your homework, have dinner, then play games or watch TV until bedtime... worled out well for me.

HALP!
You know...if your parents were out of the picture you can play all the games you want. That being said, you know what to do.

The rule in our house for our three sons is, no games during the week (if the next day is a school day). This is "the rule" and we stick to it. All of the PCs are password protected and, at least for the best gaming rigs, in a common area. They do well in school and still get their "fix".

Do you have trouble in school or something?

I did fine and had no limitations what so ever.

Then again, I've been very busy lately and haven't played a PC game in like 3 weeks.

So I guess I'm not quite as hardcore addicted as some people are. When I have a lot to do its so refreshing to not be sitting around on my ass just wasting time all day.

Never had any such issues with my parents. As long as I did my home work and passed they were cool about gaming.
