Default Hard Drives

Is there anyway to test to see if what ATA speed a drive is using?

I would like to see if my HD is taking use of ATA 133 which my mobo supports

Thanx

Sure when the computer boots up it will say something like UDMA 6 (ATA133), mines UDMA 5 but so's my DVD rom whcih means it's running at ATA100,
