Unhappy xorg.conf increase refresh rate

I have a notebook with Geforce GTX 260M graphics card. I installed ubuntu 9.04 (64 bits) on my machine and installed 190.32 nvidia linux driver.

My problem is regardless of the resolution, my computer always works at 60 Hz, though the monitor supports more.

Is there a way to modify xorg.conf and run the system at 70 Hz?

Thank you

Please see the forum sticky posts about how to report a problem, paying close attention to the instructions on how to generate a verbose mode validation log.
