I have mentioned this before but thought I would bring it up again. With more and more mobile devices being used, would nvnews be able to create a wap link to the forums? Sure, most devices can surf html sites to a limited sense, but a WAP type would be much faster then html.
just a thought. |

A special WAP/PDA site would have been an idea a year or two ago, but now with Opera Mobile and Skyfire, the regular site works fine for me.

Any progress on this? I was with the wife shopping the other day and it took forever to get into any of the subforums on my Berry. It would be really awesome to have a WAP-enabled site for NVNews forums!

It may be possible to just install an already written plugin such as this one:

Skyfire ftw. I use it on my BlackJack I with official upgrade to WinMo 6. It's pretty quick in 3g areas.
