Default SSD in a PS3

Just came across and interesting thread comparing the typical 5400rpm drive to an SSD in a PS3. From what I remember reading before there is only a small difference between a 5400rpm and a 7200rpm drive and it seems to be bottlenecked at a lower transfer rate. The SSD seems to be able to provide a decent benefit.

Obviously it's not cost effective to do this today, but maybe in another year or two it might be.
