Default (190.32 nvidia driver) OpenGL + printing from kdvi crashes X in Gnome

Trying to print from kdvi while OpenGL is in use crashes X, sending the user back to the gdm login prompt.

The systems I've checked this on all use RHEL 5.4 and Gnome with Compiz and the 190.32 driver.

In addition to the nvidia bug report log, I am providing links to download the core files (too big to attach) and the Xorg backtrace:
http://people.math.gatech.edu/~sbueno/core.3720.bz2
http://people.math.gatech.edu/~sbueno/core.4255.bz2
http://people.math.gatech.edu/~sbueno/Xorg.0.log.old

Steps to reproduce:
-- Make sure Compiz is running
-- Run glxgears (or similar program which uses OpenGL)
-- Print a document from kdvi (to printer or to file); sometimes it takes a handful of attempts to print in order to cause X to crash

Edit:
The two cards this problem has been observed on are: GeForce 7300 GT, GeForce 6200
The driver has also been tested on this card with no problems: Quadro FX 370 LP
It is also worth noting that this problem does not occur with the 180 driver series.

nvidia-bug-report log was generated from the system using the 7300 GT.
