I'm running an ASUS P4B266 Motherboard with a BIOS supported temperature control.
I also installed under Windows 98 (sorry I know we have a Linux discussion ;-)) an ASUS temperature control and warning program for CPU fan speed, CPU temperature, and board temperature. Does someone know whether or not there are any Linux utility programs that are supporting such kind of hardware control for a running Linux OS? Thanks! Klaus |

You need to look for "lm_sensors" that contains the needed drivers and also some utilities. (there are various programs using lm_sensors I think)
