Crysis Freezes After Loading screen

Hey guys! New to the forum, but I've been having an issue with running crysis. Every time I launch the game everything boots great, but when I go to play just the first mission after the load screen and the "Press any key to continue" tab my screen goes black and freezes. I am running 2x evga 9800gx2's in SLI config. Any help would be appreciated!

System SPecs:
-Vista Ultimate 32bit
-EVGA 790i FTW Mobo
-2x 9800gx2 Quad SLI
-4GB 1600 Corsair Memory
-Q6700 2.66Ghz
-1000Watt PSU
(All Drivers are fully updated)

I would just try reinstalling the game
