Default FX5200: TFT is out of sync in textmode if connected to DVI

Hi,

i have installed the NV drivers this way:

System: Debian stable, 2.6.26-2-686

Code:
wget http://de.download.nvidia.com/XFree86/Linux-x86/173.14.20/NVIDIA-Linux-x86-173.14.20-pkg1.run
chmod +x NVIDIA-Linux-x86-173.14.20-pkg1.run
/etc/init.d/kdm stop
aptitude install linux-headers-2.6.26-2-686
./NVIDIA-Linux-x86-173.14.20-pkg1.run -a
/etc/init.d/kdm start
Kde is up and works fine now.
But when i switch to tty with CTRL+ALT+F1..5 the screen is black and shows wrong frequency for vertical (124 Hz) and horizontal values.

We have tested TFTs A,B,C and D
Code:
A Eizo FlexScan L985EX
B Eizo FlexScan L887
C Eizo FlexScan L885
D Eizo FlexScan L997
The tty text is fine if i connect the TFT to VGA analog plug. But we need the DVI signal.

Thank you for reading so far and for help.
