With KDE 4.3.2 I'm having issues with X lockup up every few secs. Usually it comes back and sometimes KWin turns off compositing, telling me that it was too slow. The lockups freeze X completely, and sometimes even the mouse pointer.
I'm currently running xorg-server 1.7.0.902 and kernel 2.6.31.4. Not always, but during the longer hangs, this message appears in Xorg.0.log: Code:
[mi] EQ overflowing. The server is probably stuck in an infinite loop.
