Regarding the game, the re-spawn costs you a certain percentage of your total amount of money. You should theoretically never run out of money. Believe me when I say, if you have Knoxx, just a couple of Crawmerax runs will net you perhaps a hundred million or more in moolah.

There was a time when deaths cost me well over $200 million per.

The guns in the Knoxx expansion > anything you are currently seeing.
Thanks for the reply Saz - went back and got him after I got to a level 23, easy after that. I don't have the Knoxx xp yet, but if how addicted I am to this is any indication....

Over the top and outrageous...with those 2 qualities repetitive doesn't bother me at all.

Mothrakk I love this game

Near the end you will have a chance to free Tannis.

Before you talk to her, look on the wall of the prison cell behind her, it explains ALL the story.

Also, let me know next time you are on. There are 2 easter-eggs in the original run of Borderlands. I can show you them

One can be accessed any time, the other can only be accessed during one specific mission.

Should be able to - I just got the Knoxx DLC, but don't want to touch it til I finish the original.

You cannot play the DLC's with the other person who doesn't have those items.

You can play only the items you both have.

one thing everyone should be aware of with borderlands. I finished the main game and then backed up my save game data. Then I reinstalled windows because of major hardware upgrades (mb). When I reinstalled borderlands after buying the zombie island and mad moxxi dlc disk, I noticed something really crappy after I installed the dlc disk and put back the save game data. Yes, you can reuse your save game data when you play a dlc but the game has either a flaw or dumb ass drm when you load a save game when zoning to the dlc area of the game. This happened with zombie island and general knoxx. I didn't play the mad moxxi because I am single player type of guy who wasn't interested in it. What happens is you zone to the dlc portion but what happens is that say you are two zones away from the main area at the start of the dlc and it "saves" the game. When you go to reload the save, it puts you back at the start of the dlc every time. It's tolerable for zombie island but not for general knoxx. After being frustrated with the game, I simply gave the main game to my friend and warned him not to play dlc's unless you are not going to reinstall windows for some time to come.

Only issue I have with a DLC so far (Knoxx) is that each time I load the game it starts me at the very beginning instead of where my last save point was. Skill points, missions etc are all intact, I just have to fight my way back every time.

Not that that's a totally bad thing...yet .

Let me know when you guys play a co-op sometime. I'm on my second playthrough. I hit Zombie Island after the first playthrough. After that, I started the second playthrough.

I'm currently level 45 and wanted to level a bit before hitting Knoxx.

I would love it.

I see you and Phyre online all the time..haven't done co-op yet, but I bet it's a blast. Currently level 40 only a short way into the Knoxx add on.

Corrosive shotgun FTW
