It can be hard on your own if your equipment is lagging behind. I was having a tough time in skag valley until I suddenly found a weapon that did double my normal damage.

I love the Blaster Master! That was my favorite game as a kid and here it is again, all shiny and 2009. And the audio logs about "The fat girl, Shenay" cracked me up. And those Raxx things that come out of the sky are wicked!

It is basically Hellgate:London all over again, just more fun to play. I ran into a few bugs, one of which caused me to restart the level entirely. And the join server screen freezes up, but hopefully they will fix that.

Good game so far.

Get a bit further, more gun features are added the higher you go.

I had nothing to do today so all I did was play, I'm level 25 now. I got really lucky and nabbed an orange combat rifle which has infinite ammo and does ridiculous damage, and I got an epic class mod for combat rifles which was kind of nice.

This is a great game and I'll be playing it for a while. Gonna start doing some co-op later this week when I get the time!

Fun game! Can't believe how well it runs either! Have maxed save for DOF which is turned off and things are very smooth at 1920x1200 on my now aging QX6700 / 8800GTX combo. Graphics are very nice and sharp, and co-op play is a hoot. Spent the evening playing with my brother online and we haven't had so much since Titan Quest back in the day.

Just hit 18 on my Siren. The Artifacts make Phasewalk actually useful. There for a while I was thinking I chose a pretty terrible class!

The Roid Rage Psycho was insanely rough at 16, so I decided to do some of the other side quests before taking on Sledge. Just did the Moe and Marley quest, talk about a long fight. You only have a split second to land a crit on Moe when he does his fire blast, and im really dependent on crit damage. Probably took 20 minutes to kite them around while killing them!

Edit: Is the server browser busted for anyone else? Coop works fine with friends, but attempting to find a public game causes the game to crash. >.>

16? I hit him at level 12 or 13, but I am playing with Mordecai. I was thinking a few minutes in that perhaps a different class might be better but he has his moments. Bloodwing comes in handy quite a bit

With regards to the Roid guy, what did you do? I got the 2 machine guns the brutes had right before the fight and kept popping up from either side, sending Bloodwing after him (good for about 140 damage at the current level) and then laying into him for a clip and running away like a little girl

I might have to jump in and do some work with my friends I think I have enough skill points to level up to the team thingy where everyone gets a boost.

Man, this is going to be fun Finishing off the game with all 4 players is my goal

Having a lot of fun w/ this game. Lvl 18 soldier so far. Fun w/ other people or alone. Several hours spent and I'm not even lvl 20! Rifles sound a little underpowered in comparison w/ Scar in CW let alone a lot of rifles sound similar but it's acceptable. Great graphics btw, the cartoonish touch does not feel awkward at all. Good game.
